No. You need to pass a flight medical similar to a commercial pilot's, and be able to tolerate 4.5 g in the centrifuge. Our oldest astronaut so far was 74.
Your seat moves to the next attempt at no cost. If you can't make the new date, you can transfer to a later mission or get a full refund.
The capsule has a launch escape system that works from the pad to orbit, and has flown six crewed missions with every crew returned safely. We publish a full safety report after every flight.
Each astronaut has 1.5 kg of personal items, plus cameras we provide. Everything is inspected and packed by our team.
